I purchased this book from an antique dealer near Perth, Ontario, about 2001. The back cover is detached and the internal pages are well used. It is a circa 1900 Oxford University Press bible, printed in the U.S.A., but has no publishing date.
The information entered on the first page (except for the Minister's signature) seems to be contemporary, but the Minister's signature and all of the subsequent entries seem to be in the same light blue ink (probably ball-point pen) and in similar handwriting to the following greeting written on the front flyleaf:
