I purchased this book from an antique dealer near Perth, Ontario, about 2001. The internal pages were crumbling so I discarded them all except for the genealogy pages and inserted cradle roll certificate, name lists, news clippings and card. A sticker from the antique dealer on the plastic wrapper reads: "Mr. and Mrs. John V. Smith bought at Kellar Auction, Odessa".
